Are you an experienced Bosun looking for your next challenge at sea?

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on professional to join our deck team aboard a luxury passenger vessel operating in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate deck crew in daily operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure deck maintenance, painting, preservation, and housekeeping standards are maintained
• Monitor safety procedures and contribute to onboard emergency preparedness
• Assist the Staff Captain in the management of deck operations and crew performance
• Maintain compliance with company policies, flag state regulations, and safety management systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bosun on passenger vessels, expedition vessels, luxury yachts, or smaller luxury cruise ships
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of deck operations, maintenance, and seamanship
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer's documentation
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and lead an international deck team

Preferred Experience:

• Background in yachting, boutique cruise vessels, expedition ships, or smaller luxury passenger vessels
• Experience delivering high standards of service and guest-focused operations
