Zipline Manager – MSC Seaview & MSC Seaside – Immediate Start (EU passport required)

Adrenaline Constructions (Adrenaline X-Treme Adventures GROUP Srl, Italy), a leading company in zip line construction, is hiring an Onboard Attraction Manager to run the zipline attraction on board MSC Seaview and MSC Seaside.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Net salary: EUR 3,000 per month

• Room and board included (all meals + shared cabin) — no living costs

• Rotation: 3 months on board + 1 month paid holiday

• Italian seafarer contract, fixed-term, minimum 1 year

• 3 weeks of full training provided at our expense — no zipline or seafaring experience required

• Immediate start

• Itineraries: Caribbean, South America and Mediterranean (main ports Genoa and Miami)

WHAT YOU DO

You are the manager of the zipline attraction on board: you run the daily operation, brief and equip the guests, make sure every ride is safe and memorable, and look after the equipment together with your team. It is a guest-facing role: you spend the whole day with people.

REQUIREMENTS

• EU passport, or an existing right to work in Italy (the contract is Italian — this is mandatory)

• Fluent English (minimum B2). Additional languages are a plus

• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills

• Good physical condition and no fear of heights

• Willingness to travel and to live on board

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We welcome applications from deck and interior crew, entertainment and animation staff, adventure park and watersports instructors, and hospitality professionals. Existing STCW and ENG1 certificates are an advantage but are not a requirement.
