Suite Atendant -Luxury Cruise Line

We are looking for suite host for LUXURY CRUISES 

• Must have experience before on 5stars product/Cruise lines/Resorts
• Employment appraisals
• Fluent English
• Experience before in Housekeeping Department.
• Key Responsibilities
• Suite preparation — Clean and set up suites for embarkation and daily service at luxury‑hotel standards.
• Sanitizing surfaces — Follow PH rules, avoid cross‑contamination, and apply food‑safety procedures.
• Guest recognition — Address guests by name (after day 2), use guest history, and anticipate needs.
• Meet & Greet — Welcome guests, explain suite features, safety equipment, smart controls, etc.
• Special requests — Handle guest requests promptly and report concerns to supervisors.
• Linen service — Change linens per company standards (full change every 3 days; pillowcase daily).
• Day & turndown service — Morning cleaning + evening turndown with luxury standards.
• Laundry handling — Pick up and deliver guest laundry following strict procedures.
• Stock control — Manage cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Plant care — Water and maintain plants/flowers in assigned suites.
• Maintenance reporting — Report any technical issues immediately.
• Environmental policy — Follow guest preferences for towel reuse and sustainability rule.
