Your chartered goal

• Taking responsibility for high-quality, efficient and guest-focused F&B service on board
• Actively supporting change processes, process improvements and fleet-wide performance structures within the F&B area
• Coaching, supporting and developing F&B managers as well as future leaders on board
• Acting as a role model for the F&B crew and promoting constructive feedback in close collaboration with the onboard F&B management
• Consistently ensuring compliance with applicable safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Serving as a trusted point of contact for the F&B crew regarding work-related and onboard matters

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of professional and leadership experience in operational F&B
• Experience in leading an international crew, ideally aboard international cruise ships
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum CEFR level B2)
• Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and hospitality management systems
• Previous experience in mentoring and coaching, with a passion for developing people and teams
• A high level of empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships with the F&B crew on board
• Strong conceptual skills, a structured and goal-oriented way of working, and a high willingness to travel
