Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading ultra-luxury cruise operator to recruit two experienced Receptionists to join its onboard team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly polished hospitality professional with a strong background in guest-facing service within a five-star ultra-luxury hotel environment.
  
The Role
  
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional and personalised service to guests, handling enquiries and requests while ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience.
You will work as part of a professional Front Office team and play an important role in ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their stay onboard.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming and personalised service to guests.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns efficiently and discreetly.
• Maintain consistently high standards of service and presentation.
• Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow established service and operational standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years' experience working as a Receptionist.
• Experience within an ultra-luxury five-star hotel is essential.
• An additional language is preferred due to passenger demographic and can include French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese or Korean.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent candidates with exceptional longevity and experience within an outstanding hotel or hospitality establishment may be considered without an additional language.
• Previous cruise or shipboard experience is not required.
