Description
Department – SPA / Wellness

Accommodation – Shared

Contract duration – 7 months

Main Function
To provide friendly and efficient front desk service at the SPA, including welcoming guests, managing bookings, and supporting overall SPA operations.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
  • Experience in reception or customer service roles, preferably in SPA or hospitality
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with booking and computer systems
  • Friendly, professional attitude with strong guest orientation
  • Basic Safety Training (BST) and required certifications

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and register SPA guests promptly and courteously
  • Manage appointments, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently
  • Promote SPA services, treatments, and products to guests
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with therapists and SPA staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures
