German speaking Service Manager Food & Beverage (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Overall responsibility for smooth service operations across all restaurants and bars onboard
• - Leading and managing a large international F&B service team
• - Managing budgets and ensuring sales targets are achieved
• - Overseeing beverage orders, stock levels and inventory for restaurant and bar operations
• - Maintaining a strong presence during service and ensuring consistently high service standards
• - Handling guest feedback, requests and complaints professionally
• - Reporting directly to senior hotel management

What we are looking for:

• - Very good German language skills
• - Good English language skills
• - Professional education or training in hospitality, restaurant or hotel operations
• - Several years of management experience in F&B, including previous cruise ship experience
• - Excellent knowledge of restaurant service, beverages and wines
• - Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage large teams
• - Strong organisational, communication and decision-making skills
• - Good knowledge of MS Office
• - Ready for an onboard contract of approximately 4 months
