Production Managers/Senior Technicians for Cruise Contracts starting 2027

PEEL Talent are seeking Production Managers/Senior Technicians to join our Award Winning Entertainment Teams on-board our international Cruise ships.

Food, accommodation, flight tickets are covered by the company.

Production Managers/Senior Technicians

Working closely with our technical team on board to ensure that first class entertainment is delivered throughout the ship, our Senior Technicians must have an extensive knowledge of technical theatre production, alongside managerial skills to ensure the technical department are running smoothly on board.
For this position you will be responsible for managing technical aspects in all performance areas on board, ensuring that all health and safety checks are put in place.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Preferably a technical qualification
• Preferably experience working either on a cruise ship or theatre production
• Experience working with equipment such as, Soundcraft Digital Desks, Qlab, grandMA2
• Basic troubleshooting and quality control
• Operating, setting up sound equipment and general maintenance
• Experience in technical stage set ups and pack downs.
• Must hold full STCW Training
• Knowledge and Skills
• Good level of English, reading and writing
• Be able to maintain schedules & a team of technicians
